About Heidi
Heidi Fuhr is nationally certified in
therapeutic massage and
bodywork (NCBTMB). Complementary
and alternative medicine (CAM)
therapies —like massage and
craniosacral manipulation—interest her,
because Heidi believes that good health
and well-being can be achieved
through tending to one’s body and mind. She would like to help others reach goals of health and wellness in a holistic way, because this has made such an impact in her own life.

As an athlete, Heidi has sustained many injuries, followed by many surgeries. In attempting to gain control of her own health and physical challenges, she wanted to gain knowledge that would allow her to heal herself and continue pursuing her very active lifestyle. Heidi has found this expertise and wishes to share it with those who are looking to heal—themselves and their children—re-energize, and achieve their goals.
When not at the studio, you can find Heidi running (and picking up litter!) with her dog Finn in the Wissahickon Park, biking along Kelly Drive, and practicing yoga at Greenlife Yoga in Roxborough.

Heidi also volunteers her time to keep the beautiful Plays and Players Theatre up and running, and looking after Philly’s open spaces with Friends of the Wissahickon.http://www.nctmb.comhttp://www.amtamassage.orghttp://wissahickonmassage.com/therapies.htmlhttp://www.playsandplayers.org/http://www.fow.org/shapeimage_2_link_0shapeimage_2_link_1shapeimage_2_link_2shapeimage_2_link_3shapeimage_2_link_4
